Terms & Conditions: 
Ø Pets must be social with other Animals & children.
Ø Your Paws reserve the right to refuse any dangerous animal.
Ø Please ensure your animal is in good health. Should it be necessary to obtain veterinary advice or treatment in an emergency, or ongoing illness whilst in the care of Your Paws, any resulting costs will be paid by you the owner on your return.
Ø Payment is required, daily or weekly by agreement. Cash & cheques are accepted. Cheques made payable to Mrs D Berryman. Unfortunately Your Paws is unable to accept payment by Credit or Debit cards.
Ø A consent form must be signed should you wish your dog to be exercised off lead. This is a requirement of our insurance company.
Ø Leads, collars or other equipment must be provided by you as this is a personal requirement to suit your pet.
Ø Your dog is welcome to bring a favourite toy, ball etc. on a walk. Unfortunately Your Paws cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to these items.
Ø All food is to be provided by you. Please ensure there is enough food for the length of your absence. Should there be insufficient food for the length of your absence; receipts will need to be paid on your return.
Ø We would advise that you may wish to notify, neighbours and or Insurance companies that Your Paws will be visiting whilst you are absent.
Ø A fuel surcharge may be applied depending on your location.
Ø Should you need to cancel a session, please advise Your Paws within 24 hours prior to booked sessions. Charges may apply within 24 hours, except in extenuating circumstances. Should Your Paws need to cancel sessions these are not chargeable. Your Paws reserves the right to cancel sessions within 24 hours, without prior notice.
Ø Please ensure Your Paws are able to gain access to your property on scheduled days, e.g Keys in locks on the inside. As sessions may still be charged.
Ø Your Paws Reserves the right to amend or change any of the above Terms and conditions at any time.
